Terms & Conditions of Rentalghar consist of different conditions regarding service charges, Cancellation policy, Refund Policy etc. Once user sign up, he/she will automatically agrees our privacy policy and terms & conditions mentioned below. So user is required to read the same completely before sign up.

Service charges mentioned in website page name of Packages. User is required to choose packages based on their requirement. To pay for packages, user required to sign up and provide some basic details mention in sign up page.

User is required to pay amount mentioned in package through various paymnets modes mentioned in payment gateways. If user doesn't want to pay from website, he/she can whatsapp on 9313163128 for other mode. Also user can get property Details on WhatsApp upon request if doesn't want to use website.

Once payment is done, user can take services mentioned in different Packages. Rentalghar provide contact details of perticular property owner. Contact to owner, Property visit, negotiation, rent agreement will not part of rentalghar.

If user get information regarding rental property is not available on available property from website or owner contact can't possible or owner number not correct, user is required to inform the same on WhatsApp/text message on 9313163128. Our team will confirm the matter and provide required additional contact detail as per user requirement and will do needful for the same. However it will be solely decide by rentalghar team decision given by rentalghar will be consider only.

User is required to provide correct information while sign up. Rental ghar will not allow selling/try to selling of services by user providing in packages. If found, rentalghar have rights to terminiate user service with immediate effect and no refund will applicable. User will also get blocked without any prior intimation. Rentalghar have all rights to terminate service at any time without prior information.
